*The parks in Palos Hills are to be enjoyed by all residents.
*The City of Palos Hills does not issue picnic permits.
*The parks are open for usage at sunrise and close at dusk.
*In-line Skating, Roller Skating and Skateboarding are not allowed
*No person shall comsume or be in possession of Alcohol or Drugs while in the
parks.
*No person shall be in possession of a weapon in the park, no one may discharge a firearm in the park
*No person shall operate a motor vehicle on park grounds
( i.e. snowmobiles / motor scooters / ATV's)
*No fires shall be lighted or made in the park / No BBQ's
*Small children should be supervised at all times while playing at the playground
or on the park grounds
*The waterfall at Town Square Park is chemically treated, please do not swim,
wade or enter the water under any circumstances.
*When playing near park equipment, always walk-never run, push or shove.
*When playing on swings, always sit and hold tightly with both hands and never stand on the swings.
*Do not climb on the slide - always use the ladder or stairs.
* Always go down the slides sitting up, one person at a time.
*Always wear proper footwear and clothing while playing at the park.
*Do not throw or pick up any wood chips around the equipment or flower beds.
TO REPORT VANDALISM.....
*Please call the Community Resource & Recreation Dept. 430-4500 or the Police non-emergency number 598-2272 to report vandalism - (vandals not present).
*Please call 911 if you see vandalism being done - (vandals in the act)
